Can I receive free samples before making a purchase?
Absolutely! You can order Ambre perfume samples for just $5, which includes 5 testers.
Then, when you decide to purchase a full-sized perfume, we'll deduct the $5 you paid for the samples from the total cost, essentially making the samples free.

Are the candles scented?
We specialize in offering exclusively unscented pearled candles, along with a separate collection of 30ml essence containers.
This allows you to select and add your preferred scent to the candle before lighting it. This approach ensures you have the best experience, giving you the freedom to personalize your candle's fragrance as desired.
How long does it last? / What's the burn time?
Each 1kg bag of AMBRE's Sand Candles provides up to 240 hours of burn time.
Each wick provides approximately 16 hours of burn time, and with every 1kg candle, we include 15 wicks.
The total burning duration of your candle can vary significantly depending on usage. Factors such as whether you relight the same wick or replace it each time, use one or multiple wicks at once, and the duration each wick burns before you refresh your candle, all play a role in determining the lifespan of your pearled candle. However, it's worth noting that the pearls in our candles burn more slowly compared to traditional candles.
Is it necessary to use a new wick each time?
No, there's no need for a new wick each time. You can relight the same wick multiple times, with each wick lasting for about 16 hours of burn time. We provide extra wicks with every pearled candle, so you have the option to change the wick as often as you like, keeping your candle looking fresh.
You can also cut the wick and re-use the part that hasn't been used yet, for zero waste while still making your candle look brand new.
Is it possible to use Ambre Pearled Candles on water?
Yes! We suggest placing a layer of white pearls, at least 5cm high, on top of water while ensuring the wick's bottom does not touch the water.
Just add any decorations you'd like into a vase, fill it with water until the decor is submerged, and then pour Ambre's pearls on top. ChatGPTChatGPT
Can I add my own scent?
Yes, you can add your own scent. Simply select one of our Scent Free candles and apply a few drops of your preferred essential oil or candle fragrance oil near the wick BEFORE lighting.
Be cautious, as oils can be highly flammable. Do not add oils to a lit candle. Some oils may work better than others, so experiment safely. Please note, any modifications you make to the candle, including adding scents or colors, are at your own responsibility.

What are the ingredients?
Our pearls are made from highly purified plant-based wax, burning cleanly with minimal smoke or soot.
They do not contain paraffin or any known allergens. We use both natural and synthetic fragrances to scent our scented versions. Our scents are free of phthalates and parabens.
Can I reuse the pearls after using them as floating candles?
Absolutely! You can easily reuse the pearls by scooping them out with a spoon or catching them in a fine-mesh strainer. Let them air dry on paper towels. Spreading them out more will help them dry faster.

If you'd like to return or exchange an item, please email us at return@ambrefragrances.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery. In your email, include the reason for the return or exchange and make sure the item is in its original condition.
